Steamer Lane Surfing Blur

Hoping to get some late afternoon sun and swell last week at Steamer Lane, but, I only found shade, and tiny waves! So, tried to make the best of it by slowing down the shutter and doing some pans. I ended up being super happy with this image, and it was nice to be challenged to make an image when my plans went south.
