Dogwoods from the archive

After photographing dogwoods for the past 7 years on our Stanford Continuing Studies workshop, this image is finally starting to grow on me. Mostly due to the fact of how hard its been to find 4 blossoms in a row like this one.

This image was from a 2007 trip I made with Dayton Mistfeldt, our first foray into looking for dogwoods. I think since it was our first time, I naturally thought the blossoms were always arranged like this. Little did I know, we timed it perfectly. Beginners luck I guess!
